Really poor service, they tell you that there’s no dash cam footage of you getting taken off your bike (even though they sent you the footage, advise the defendant wasn’t speeding 25 mph in a 20 mph ( but give you footage stating he is speeding). They take 6 months to get a police report and are very lazy solicitors who just want easy money. Also, instead of calling me they just send a letter via email saying they won’t be helping stating the above. This is really bad service especially messing a client around that much, complete wrong facts. I would strongly advise not using this establishment as they really do not care.

Excellent first rate professional service and compassionate treatment. From the staff at Southport. From the initial enquiry to final settlement I was guided through every step with regular communication, my daft questions along the way were answered in a reassuring manner
my legal team where fantastic and I can not recommend them enough. If like me you have never gone through this process before it can be bewildering. I felt in safe hands and my legal team worked hard behind in the background to achieve the best possible settlement. Top marks and I cant thank them enough.

When Claire, my solicitor, met me on my hospital ward, I was very confused and fairly certain that I didn’t want or need anything. However, as soon as we had our first meeting after discharge, I knew that I was in safe hands. Without the excellent support I have had, my quality of life would be so different. The vestibular physio was key and I have really appreciated finding out more about my injuries and hospital experiences through the records and expert reports.

It can be very lonely and scary after discharge as you are left to fend alone. It was so nice to have meetings with my case handler who would push to get me the help I needed now via interim treatments and just listen and support. All the people I came into contact with were professional and compassionate. I am very happy with my settlement which will take away my anxiety about future conditions developing and allow me to have some positive experiences after a really tough time. It really was life changing.
