I have had Fletchers Solicitors on a cass of mine for sometime now and they work very hard. And good a what they do. And they are always on the case. And they are very friendly aswell. so thankyou every one at Fletchers. 😀

Literally just wasted my time for 8/9 months. it was even difficult chasing them up for information because they leave you in the dark most of the time. victoria was quite literally the worst lawyer i have ever met in my life. how she is a lawyer is beyond me. they don’t really care about your case and they drag you through hell and back just to drop your case if they can’t be bothered to pursue it. Please look for a firm where the lawyers will actually put effort and time into your case because this firm won’t do that.

I had an injury at work signed up with this company. What a big mistake. The company I worked for accepted liability in 2023 it’s 2026 now and still I’m waiting. I have had a scan and the results back last year. I’m so fed up with how slow this is taking. It’s actually depressing I just want to see the end of this nonsense. I don’t know how they even got a five star review

So incredibly incompetent it's actually funny - I genuinly feel sorry for any clients of this firm and would seriously recommend finding different solicitors to represent you.

They brought an injury claim against my business despite their client never even attending my business and getting mixed up with another venue.

Not even basic due dilligence done by this legal firm before submitting a claim shows an atrocious level of ineptitude - stay away.

I have just used Fletchers for an accident claim and I cannot fault their service from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, the app was easy to follow with every step carefully set out. I was kept fully up to date at all times. My case was managed professionally and sympathetically. I highly recommend Fletchers and although I hope I won't need to, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
