Them absolutely horrible people. The was saying my claim is 50 /50 and the made big mistake because event second special was say the sergury was done on wrong side then was helped. The sergeant. The not feeling and the was closed my claim

Slow slow slow. 22 months and counting for a claim where liability was admitted at the start. And beware because Fletchers use Premex. Look at Premex reviews on trustpilot. Wish I'd chosen a different firm.

Where do I start? They took 6 months to tell me they would not take on my case, which is disappointing however I wasn't given any credible reason. The 2 minute phone call to tell me this was met with terrible signal and without any reasoning. They advised me to get a second opinion, to which they are now ignoring any and all correspondence from to pass my medical records on. They are actively hindering my case. I would not recommend and strongly advise you go to someone else if you actually want any form of decent humanity.
