We chose Eric Robinson expecting a premium service to match the price. That was a MISTAKE!
Sylvia Garcia handled our case with shocking incompetence, repeatedly asking for documents we’d already sent, being absent at key stages like exchange and completion, and failing to communicate who was covering our file. Her lack of diligence also led to an unexpected total of 2.5K in extra charges she claimed she “wasn’t aware of” and never disclosed upfront. We had no choice but to pay.
There was no apology, no accountability, and no recognition of the stress caused, on what should have been a straightforward, chain-free transaction. I dealt with this while heavily pregnant, and the experience was overwhelming.
If you’re buying or selling, AVOID this firm. Paying more does not mean better service, go elsewhere and save yourself the cost, stress, and frustration.

I had a great experience with Eric Robinsons who I used for the purchase of my first home. My solicitor Sylvia Garcia is an experienced professional who worked very hard to ensure that my purchase was a success, despite facing some very difficult behaviour and pressure from the estate agents. She absolutely kept her cool and did not let it affect the progress of my property - for which I will be forever grateful. Sylvia always took the time to go through each of my emails and queries to explain what was required and reassure me during this process. As a first time buyer all the paperwork and legal jargon can feel very intimidating, even more so because there's a large sum of money involved in purchasing a property - and Sylvia helped guide me expertly through this process.
