I had a poor experience with this firm. Despite clearly instructing them not to proceed with a certain action to avoid extra costs, they did it anyway and added the charges to my bill. They also carried out a procedure that any competent solicitor should know is not accepted by the court, which meant I paid for something completely pointless. I would advise others to be cautious, as I ended up paying for work that should never have been done.

Called to speak to them offering the conveyancing of the sale of my mums house (probate) where my brother was currently living and the purchase of his flat. I was put through to a woman who did not give me her name but was exceptionally rude to me. This is because I was trying to explain my brothers special needs which clearly she did not give a monkeys about she just kept firing questions at me which I didn’t understand!! She told me I had an attitude which I did not!!
I was simply trying to understand what she was saying and explain about my brother!!!
I called back to complain and they said there were 2 men in the complaints team and they would call me back that day. This was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting.
To add to this they worked on a previous purchase and undercharged us £1000 and then contacted us for it. My husband agreed to £50 a month as it was their error!!!
Run away as fast as you can!!! - very unprofessional !!!
