I cannot review Eric Robinson Solicitors highly enough for their support in my recent house purchase.
My solicitor, Chantelle, has been the absolute gold standard of conveyancing throughout this entire process and Eric Robinson are very lucky to have her.
From Day 1, Chantelle has steered the ship and made it happen. Working with much less capable (outsourced & offshore!) solicitors on our sellers' side, she has even won praise from our sellers and their estate agent for how good she's been in collaboratively moving the process forwards.
It has been far from easy, but her good humour, professionalism, and deep expertise has been the reason that we managed to complete within 7 weeks.
On the strength of Chantelle's expertise alone, I shall be back in 2026 to sell another property.

Have now made 4 calls to the Chandlers Ford branch over several days. Looking to instruct them for conveyance. Have been promised call backs to get a quote. Have received nothing. No customer service, avoid at all costs. Have now instructed another firm that seem to be efficient

Really pleased I chose to work Eric Robinson on the sale of my property - we've just completed in pretty much record time (eight weeks) and it was mainly down to my excellent solicitors Katie and Abigail - they were super efficient, turned things around quickly and their communications were excellent (I was hearing from them pretty much every day which was great). We also got everything done in the agreed budget which I appreciated. I'd have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to others.
