Throughout the will writing process, Kathryn was knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, and ensured I understood everything we discussed. She made the process as smooth as possible, even when discussing sensitive topics. I was even given the choice of a virtual or inperson initial meeting. Given how long I was putting off getting this done, in the end Cartmell Shepherd couldn't have made it any easier.

My elderly father visited the office in Rosehill, asked to speak to someone about a will and power of attorney for him and his wife. He was informed someone would call him that day. Nobody called, he then rang them the following week and again was promised a returned call. Nearly three weeks later and a further call to them, nobody has had the decency to call them back, what kind of service is that??
