Asked a question in their online chat box about marriage documentation and assistance. Was told there would be a consultation fee (and that's perfectly ok). Asked online if their advice of "yes, we can give you a solution on this matter" was going to cost me. Also asked if advice of "no, we can't help you" was going to cost me anything. They refused to answer this question!
