Scott Duff & Co assisted with the recent sale of my property. The whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Eden was professional with clear and timely communication throughout the whole process. What could have been a stressful experience was anything but.

Extremely bad experience with land registry alterations to 3 plots of land. A relatively simple process but it came to light 12 months later when trying to re-mortgage that the whole process had not been completed and was a real mess. Now costing us £100's per month in increased mortgage interest payments since interest rate rises. Unable to re-mortgage to lock in fixed interest rate and could take another 18 months before Land Registry complete the process. Also costing us £1000's for another solicitor to sort out the mess. Very unprofessional, amateurish service. Now engaged a new local firm of solicitors who are professional & efficient. The experience with the new firm is simply miles apart, and gives me confidence that things are being done correctly. Advice from my experience is to avoid.
