Laura Foster has been great throughout the whole process. Her diligence has been exceptional and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a good local solicitor. Our purchase was leasehold which can be a minefield but Laura was on hand to ensure that our minds were put at rest and all enquiries were answered in a timely manner

We bought our house last year and had a few mishaps with the buyer messing us around. We had Peter from Boys & Maughan solicitors handle our work for us. He done an amazing job. He kept us informed every day with every thing that was going on and updated us everytime he had contact with everyone else in our chain. He was very efficient and professional and could not have asked for anyone else to do this for us. I would recommend this company especially Peter for anyone going to buy or sell a property
