Absolutely awful experience with this firm.
A straight forward transfer of equity took 4 months to complete.
The staff were rude and generally useless and we had to chase them every few days for information/responses and replies which was detrimental to our health.
Avoid at all costs!!!

I would not recommend them. We used them back in 2018 to purchase our flat only to find out our address been wrong on our deeds all this time. I have been trying to get hold of them for sometime now and not a single reply to my emails. We recently tried to sell our flat but the estate agent wrote to them and they didn’t even respond to them. Absolutely utterly pathetic service.
