Been dealing with my dads estate for over 4 and a half years now. The first person we dealt with would not return calls or emails my solicitor had to threaten to get in touch with a senior partner if she did not reply. She also admitted to me she had been dragging her feet. I have major concerns about my brothers misuse of my dads money, I have raised this a few times and even asked the executor to look into this and to call me not heard anything jo call no simple email NOTHING. Now I have to put in a citation to the probate office as she is failing in her duties so 4 and a half years later and counting this is a disgrace.
