While resident in the US, Jacqueline and team helped me to economically change the ownership distribution of our UK rental property which will allow us each to make best use of our UK personal tax allowances now I have retired and collect an annuity. The process was explained clearly and performed on the agreed cost and schedule from abroad. Highly recommended and will be using to update our wills.

IBB Law have dealt with my late mother's estate over the past year and also prepared new wills for myself and my wife. Their consultant Suzanne McCullough has been very helpful in carrying out the necessary duties in a very efficient and timely manner. We have always received up to date news on progress and she has been very informative in explaining legal terms, especially to those of us without a legal background. Prices have been fair and accurate according to the estimate. Other members of staff have also been very helpful, efficient and personable when dealing with a house sale and arranging power of attorney in the past.

For the past year I have been administering my late father’s estate and have used the services of IBB Law for both obtaining probate and conveyancing; indeed, my family have used IBB for many years. A special thanks must go to Linda who’s knowledge of the complexities of the probate process was clearly second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and answers to my many queries were received by return. Thanks Linda for your patience and professionalism. Also, Devika’s help through a sometimes challenging property sale (aren’t they all……) was really appreciated and we were all glad to see completion earlier this week. Thanks IBB - highly recommended.
