I contacted HCB to ask if they could witness and sign a legal document, a service for which I would have been charged a fee. However, I was told they don't offer this service, despite this being something I presume only takes a few minutes of their time.
I don't understand a solicitor not being able to offer such a simple service. Maybe they don't view this as valuable work.
I would've been a new customer though, one who would have been interested in using them again in the future. However, I will have to look elsewhere now.

Unfortunately, I had left several emails with the email address listed on your site, and I had also asked to be contacted through your website form, with no response from yourselves in an entire month.

Disappointing, as some of the reviews left by others held your services in high regard.

Caroline Collins (based in Bedford office) dealt with my conveyancing and transfer of deeds and she was amazing. Excellent communication, I was kept informed every step of the way, very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so speedy. Everything was dealt with immediately and I was just so impressed from beginning to end. 5* service and I would 100% recommend to anybody. Thank you so much Caroline :)

With out a doubt one of the best solicitors around.
We got our keys within 7 weeks of viewing our home,
The whole processes was completely stress free and Christine really gave us a very personal service. I can not thank HCB enough for the amazing service they provided us with purchasing our fist home.

Christine and the team are absolutely wonderful at what they do, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. For our first experience purchasing a house, Christine has made the experience stress free from a legal side of things. Always extremely quick to respond and helpful, and always helped us to understand anything we were unsure of. Worth every penny!
