Shocking service from this Solicitors. Criminal solicitor Victoria Frampton didn't reply to emails and I left many messages for her to call me back-she didn't. She advised that I could 'feel free' to find another solicitor. I had no choice in the end due to the lack of care and empathy and little understanding of how difficult and stressful this was for me. Not recommended by me at all

If you are seeking help for criminal law, Victoria Frampton at HCB is the best you can get. Professional advice and work. She helped a client to change the charge from common assault to public order, and also helped the client to walk away with conditional discharge and spent conviction. She is absolutely amazing and brilliant.

Had great services from Walkden HCB solicitors as far back 1970s being Berry & Berry & been happy since with HCB especially Christine. However this last Year 2025 & still in the NY 2026 I've found the Services of Wendy Berry-Broomhead Zero..literally but for an email of details of payment £755 before her directed services commence.. Paid it Sept 2025 & approved, heard nothing since & after visiting the office, emailing & multiple phone calls the last today 5th January 2026!!. £755 and I've still not been uodated/ informed the work as been completed. It's a disgrace & caused unwanted worry, I will be visiting the Walkden office tomorrow 6th January making a official complaint & wanting all data relating to my instructed payed Services.. If there is any??

Residential purchase. What can i say! Christine Davies and Louise have both been amazing with the whole process, your timely responses and getting everything over the line.

Lets say, i wont be moving home again haha.

Honestly though i really appreciate your time and efforts along the way and wanted to reach out to say a massive thank you to both of you. The hurdles we jumped over due to issues with lender clearly shows how good you are.

Would 100% reccomend your services!

I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction!

I recently purchased a new home and used HCB for conveyancing services.

I have to say that the service I received from Christine Davies and her team was absolutely second to none.

The communication was timely and responsive, and any questions I asked were answered satisfactorily in a timely manner.

It really took a huge part of the stress and headache of moving off my shoulders and I am extremely thankful for such a great experience.
