Absolutely shockingly poor service! No idea how your still open!? Thank goodness they werent my solicitor. They never replied to phone calls or emails and the most simplist of tasks on my venders behalf one two two months to do.Once I complained and asked what is happening by going to the office myself with my child and complaining they then completed what needed doing in 12hrs and I was finally able to move house right before Christmas! These solicitors need a real good shake up! Don't use them!
