We had a very frustrating experience using the Okehampton office for our house purchase, especially after we had chosen them based on their good public reviews and testimonials. Document management and timeliness was a particular issue. We were embarrassed at times when we had to apologise to the sellers and their solicitor for issues at our end.

House moving is never easy and my sale and purchase was no different. Gilbert Stephens were recommended to me by a friend who had used them in the past.
My solicitor Philip Horlock was excellent, always pushing and prodding the other parties in the chain and getting things done. Philip was always available on the end of the phone and remained calm and measured while I was tearing my hair out.
