I'm sorry to have to report that I was disappointed at the apparent slow progress following the initial agreement to purchase. On several occasions I only received an out-of-office response when emailing. However, I received excellent service when I called personally at the office and this resulted in positive progress with our matter. Also I would have liked more guidance as to what was more or less relevant when having to trawl through a myriad of pdf attachments. In summary, it was a less positive experience than previous residential property purchases and commercial lease matters which your firm dealt with on our behalf.

I’ve had excellent, prompt and friendly service from Matt Retford and his assistant Paige Speakman in selling my house and buying another at the same: a nightmare as anyone who has done this will know. Matt and Paige made this process as quick as possible, liaising at one point with a very inexperienced solicitor acting on behalf of my purchaser. I found their obvious expertise and experience very calming!

Very helpful and professional service. I had a redundancy contract that required the advice of a solicitor. I was provided with very thorough advice and the terms of the contract were explained in simple and understandable language. This advice has potentially saved me thousands of pounds, for which I am extremely and eternally grateful. The fees charged were very competitive and worth every penny.
