Bank’s Conveyancing Team will help you to sell and buy your homes and are always contactable to discuss progress. Between August & December (2025) we formed a close relationship with Hayley & her team and this relationship enabled us to sell and buy homes across the UK. They were especially good at managing the frustrating periods of delay you may experience.

I have had very good experience with Bank Solicitors in the one meeting I have had so far.
The frontline staff are pleasant and welcoming. The senior Partner Stephen is very warm and approachable. He is very patient with your Queries and very generous with his time.
I have dealt with other Solicitors before and sometimes have been left disillusioned But Banks and Stephen have restored my faith in the legal profession!

After getting some pretty expensive conveyancing quotes I called Banks. Their pricing is very competitive and they got my business. I have to say after previously using a couple of other well know local solicitors and being far from impressed, I did not expect much more. How wrong was I. My chap, Jamie Callaghan was 'only' a trainee solicitor but his professional conduct and communication were first rate. I could not fault the service supplied. Emails and calls responded to instantly. I knew exactly what was going on and never had to chase. So good I recommended to my estate agent who was equally impressed. We will definitely use Banks in the future and will recommend to all. Thank you.
