I visited today to have some documents authenticated for my Irish citizenship and had the pleasure of meeting Stephen Outhwaite. Despite this being a really menial administrative task/a low value piece of work Stephen was so kind, helpful, and professional - he even took the time to explain various legal elements of the process to me. Stephen didn’t just stamp my documents and rush me out the door but made sure I had the right supporting documents for my proof of address too - he really went above and beyond. You can tell he’s not only a real domain expert with a true passion for the law, but has a people focused approach in how he engages with clients. As a woman & a mum, I would feel comfortable discussing any element of family law with him.

I filled in a form and called the bank solicitor last Wednesday about making an appointment. Hayley was the lady talking with me over the phone. She is really nice, patient and listened to my concerns. She shows sympathy. I really had good impression on the company. Then an appointment was made on Friday at 10.30am at my convenience. It was supposed to be half an hour free consultation. The professional solicitor Stephen talked with me about my concerns. He answered all my questions and made it clear what I need to do next and did not charge me even we talked more than half an hour. I was really touched and grateful. He is really knowledgeable, experienced and honest. In my case, he told me which part I need him to work on and which part I can do it by myself. I feel like he is like my father, caring about my case although we met the first time. He looks serious but he has a good heart. He suggested some ideas from father's talking and some ideas from a solicitor's talking. He shows emphathy. I don't think I will meet such a nice solicitor in my life again. I had an initial consultation with Sobea. This was not rushed and comprehensive. Also followed up with an email outlining options and costs. No one wants to pay the big bills but we all want good service. I certainly got good service on the free bit, which makes for confidence going forward.
