I used MFG whilst paying off our HTB equity loan. Even though HTB made the task incredibly frustrating, Lucy Palmer was easy to communicate with and responded super fast. I will 100% use MFG again in the future for any new property transactions.

The experience I had with MFG was awful. Even having gone through the complaints procedure I was still completely unsatisfied with the outcome and ended up out of pocket. I dealt with Lucie Couchman, when I could actually get hold of her and I would not recommend. I had to change solicitors 2 weeks before my house sale went through & had to pay MFG £600 for doing nothing.
