As first-time buyers, we’re very happy we chose Montpellier Legal after a colleague’s recommendation. The onboarding process was simple, with an easy-to-use app to track progress, and response times were excellent throughout.
Joe was clear, responsive, and always quick to clarify what was needed from us. As we approached exchange, Eliza went above and beyond to keep everything moving, clearly explaining timelines and reassuring us throughout what was a stressful process. Thanks to their efficiency, we were able to exchange very quickly after signing our contract pack.

Montpelier Legal are superb. Everyone we dealt with was amazing, but a special shout out has to go to Kate Hurn and Hannah Taylor. Kate was our main point of contact and was always very responsive and an absolute pro. Every phone call was answered immediately and every email was responded to within hours. We were always kept up to date without even having to ask. Kate and her team are very knowledgeable and thorough so you will have peace of mind when buying a property through them. But one of the most important things for us was just how nice all the team are. It’s such a stressful process in general, so we always appreciated the kindness we received from Kate and the team. We couldn’t recommend Montpellier Legal highly enough!

Montpellier are worth every penny when my wife and I were buying our first home. Kate Hurn was a godsend as she kept us informed at every step of the way through our house purchase. She got back to us really quickly with any questions we had and we just felt so supported through what is always a stressful time. Her and the team’s high level of expertise was so valuable and we never felt like any query or request was too much for them. A wonderful team, I would give them 6 stars if I was able to!
