Tristan helped us to get probate and do a deed of variation for an estate. Communication was good and he saved us from paying tax we actually weren't liable to pay. We thought we could do it ourselves but after several days of family arguments, commissioning Tristan to take on everything and calm it all down was worth every penny. He also spotted and corrected an error that our deceased relative's original solicitor made.

I can’t thank Sarah and the team enough. We had a really difficult time dealing with the seller’s solicitors, but they pushed the sale through just in time before our mortgage offer expired. If it wasn’t for Sarah, I honestly don’t think we’d be in our home now. We were always kept updated, and as first-time buyers they made the whole experience a good one, even with the challenges along the way. Tracey was also incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to provide updates whenever we emailed or called.
