I would strongly advise avoiding this firm for any property purchase.
I was told 2–3 months, it took 7 months, and the whole process was chaotic and poorly managed. At one point I was days away from losing my mortgage offer due to their delays, and even completion was left to the last minute because “missing documents” were only noticed very late.
Hannah, who handled my case, was rude and unhelpful throughout, which made an already stressful situation worse. Also, I had to change the boiler 1month after the purchase for her mistake.
I can write a lecture of what I’ve been through from this firm and the lady I mentioned.
If you want a smooth property purchase, go elsewhere. If you want stress and constant issues, this is the place!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Red Kite Solicitors. Over the course of 10 months, I was passed between three different people handling my case. Each time, I was charged for them to “familiarise themselves” with my file, which quickly added up to a considerable amount of money. Despite all that time and expense, there has been no real progress made on my matter.
I expected a professional and consistent service, but instead I feel like I’ve paid a lot for administrative handovers and very little actual work. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Red Kite Solicitors based on my experience.

Had a brilliant conveyancing service from Bethany Harris and Adina Danciu when buying my first home a few months ago.
Professional, knowledgeable and responsive they kept us in the loop throughout the buying process.
Customer service was excellent from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and stress free.
I can't recommend them enough and would happily go with them again for my next house.
