My name is Anthony McLaughlin. This firm are really Debt Management rather than a Law Firm. But they were acting against me so I don't know what they are like when you have them working on your behalf, but I know that that they wanted a large sum of money from me but chose to Bankrupt me instead of receiving the money back in installments. No idea why they would choose this option.

A simple request for a will made, but no one has had the decency to return any of my numerous calls. This is certainly not a professional firm.

Can never get through to a human being. Automated phone messaging system in which nobody seems capable of returning calls. Dreadful

DWF LLP represented the Joseph Rowntrees Housing Trust when I bought out the remaining 50% of my shared ownership property. The work on their side was handled by their employee Kelly Brooks. It took more than six weeks for her to produce a draft Transfer document. Even after all this time, this short and simple document contained many errors which had to be pointed out by my solicitor. Largely as a result of this, the purchase took over three months in total. The purchase ought, in my opinion, to have taken a month at most. It was an unnecessarily stressful time. I lost out by having to pay rent during this extended period.
