I have never known an organisation of standing (or any) where officers think they are above the Data Protection Act, but it happened here. If this type of breach affects you, I recommend involving the ICO immediately.

Do no use this firm! This firm was instructed by my partner and his ex wife back in June 2020. The solicitor (Vicky) has literally done nothing she was supposed to, the little they have done as a firm was only as a result of us chasing them constantly and having to do a lot of the leg work ourselves. We’ve even gone to the manager to try and get things moving but still nothing! I’m in complete shock at how incompetent and useless they’ve been. We are no further forward than we were 7 months ago when they were first instructed. Avoid at all costs.
