Everything was done professionally and timely all the Team have totally took the stress out of helping with the purchase of a commercial building, with difficulties such as initial investor puling out in the last minute. I knew exactly what paperwork they required and all the important documents have all been returned very promptly.
All communications at high level in a very efficient manner, with them looking for our interest at best in liaising with all stakeholders.

Pleasant, but very cold and informal. Wouldn't recommend. I felt like I had to beg people who entered into power trips due to this pandemic and uncertainty due to this virus .I hope the next person who vist ,will get a more friendly person who able to help and make us feel confident in their services. Im sorry to say I didn't get that when I rang to ask for legal help as i was desperate and i didn't know what to do for the best.

Sent an email at 8 pm, next morning 10 am Andrew Carter contacted me for a 30 minutes chat where he explained the process I should take against fraud, as I was a victim of fraud and it was a bit more complicated as it involved a company. He was brilliant and offered advice free of charge and did ease my mind of the process plus he did say that if needed or the process takes a turn for bad I can always come back and they will provide legal aid (paid of course) but I do feel that if needed they would be the number one company to get in touch regards legal matters. Extremely friendly and professional.
