THIEVES
House sale completed today and woodfines decided to take £5,000 rather than the quoted price of £1,200 for land registry,now they won't answer my calls also charged vat without giving vat number that is illegal.
Have reported to HMRC and Law society.

DO NOT USE NIC DINO.
Whilst I did not employ Mr Dino he acted for a buyer to whom I sold an annex. I was selling two properties and splitting the title so 3 solicitors were involved. IMO Mr Dino caused the sale to be held up by 2 months the whole process, taking over 5 months. He is slow to respond to other solicitors,it was as if he got pleasure in being difficult.
I could list a series of examples but to give you an idea in the final 3 weeks before the sale went through on two occasions, we had to threaten to withdraw the Annex from the market to force him into line. We were in grave danger of loosing the sale of the main house due to his overzealous actions. There are many solicitors out there some good and some not so good. I'm of the opinion that Nic Dino is awful.

Nic Dino and his team once again did a fantastic job for the sale of my house. This was probably my 3rd house sale/buy through Nic in the last 10 years. Nic guided me through each step, protected my interests and pushed back unacceptable requests from the Buyer's solicitor. and patiently explained risks for any agreement i would like to make. I am very happy with the services from Woodfines Cambridge. I'd give more than 5 stars review to Nic Dino.

Nicola and everyone I dealt with at Woodfines were amazing. It was third time lucky with my house sale in end after two failed process due to issues on buyers side. Nicola pulled out all the stops to ensure my house closed the day before my wedding which was a tight deadline.
Throughout this stressful process Nicola was always really responsive, friendly and helpful. No conveyancer I have used in the past has ever been this responsive so am so happy I was lucky in finding Woodfines and Nicola.
