I phoned and asked for forms to have a write up of a will( wanted it done properly)
He was pretty blasé, took my email address and couldn't wait to put the phone down.
Promised he would send it to my email address and days later I am still waiting 🙄
Should've checked the poor reviews and saved myself the trouble! 😵‍💫

A family member was refured to this solicitor, and the service and the way it was presented to you was absolutely unprofessional . Also it felt you was rushed when he was taking notes and this delicate time .

This firm are a chaotic shambles. They do not read notes properly. You do not get to talk to the same person. I would NEVER use them again.

Got a single sentence ALL CAPS reply to an email requesting fees for legal advice regarding a bereavement no less. No hello, no kind regards, just retain me for the whole process or I'm not saying nothing because it would be 'pro bono'. I was enquiring about fees for a consultation, nothing pro bono about it. Stereotypical arrogant lawyers...

Update : A week later the solictor in question apologised in writing.
