My satnav sent me to McDonald's, a quick turn and I took the next left. Once inside I was escorted up the stairs when I was quickly met. Nice clean building. Very polite staff. Overall a good experience.

I dealt with nikki hawkins at this firm and it was the worst mistake i have made in years. Gave wrong advice which resulted in us having other problems.
I made a huge mistake dealing with this firm and would not want anyone else to make the same mistake as we did.

Recommended by a neighbour, I initially requested a quote for their services for a house sale. Competitively priced, I went ahead, and Richard Brown, a Senior Associate of Wilkin Chapman LLP, in the Louth Office carried out the conveyancing. Although not a straightforward sale, Richard and all staff I contacted by phone or email were extremely efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wilkin Chapman Solicitors.

Honestly the best firm you can find. Having used them numerous times for multiple house purchases and it's always the same great service. Miss Parker-Robson and her team are outstanding. Despite being 200 miles away the price, communication, and level of service is next to none.
