Sam at Rollits did a fantastic job on residential conveyancing when I bought a flat recently. He pushed the process forward, kept on top of everything and relentlessly chased the other side when they were working slowly. I will undoubtedly be working with Rollits again for future conveyancing, and I imagine will be recommending them when friends are looking at buying

Avoid this firm, don’t give advice to their costs, suddenly hit you with big bills after you’ve paid some smaller bills, then try to take you to the cleaners. Not

Took over buying my house from another solicitor and absolutely thrilled with the expert service. Been kept in the loop throughout (unlike previous ones) phone calls answered or returned promptly. 5 star service. Definitely recommend & will be using Rollits again in the future
