First-time client of this solicitors, providing conveyancing services for a house sale. Situation was complicated by there being multiple owners in different countries. My primary contact was Taiwo, who handled everything professionally and efficiently - her emails were comprehensive and clear and any urgent matters were conducted by telephone calls if necessary. We were able to achieve exchange of contracts within 7 weeks, which I thought was excellent. The costs were as quoted (which compared favourably with quotes from other local firms).
