I had really quick response when needing a solicitor from WBW, even around the Christmas period. Annaka was understanding of what I was going through and made sure to meet all of my needs with great communication.

Despite several visits to the office to chase up nobody ever got back to me!

The lady on reception was as helpful as she could be, no complaints there, but what can she do if her colleagues will not engage?

Would not recommend.

We had great service from Carla and Oliver at WBW in TorquayThe whole process of selling and buying went smoothly and 12 weeks from start to finish which we were very happy with. We were always kept in the loop and support was always offered if needed and we were never expected to wait for communication. I can’t fault them and we would definitely recommend and use them again in the future. Thank you both.
