DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst communication I have ever experienced from a company! They don’t care about you or the dream family home you are buying. They told us the purchase of our new family home was delayed due to contracts with another company. Two months down the line this process wasn’t completed and now they want over £600 to complete this after us paying the final invoice that we were told
On two occasions included all fees for the services that had been provided to us. We are now being threatened after 4 months and told if we don’t pay this our home isn’t in our name. I repeat again DONT USE THIS COMPANY! utter waste of time and money. And not what you expect from a “local” company

Great team of people working at Watson Woodhouse, from whoever answers the phone to the solicitors. Getting onto the property ladder is stressful enough as it is, but from emails and phone calls, I always managed to speak to someone within 24 hours and timescales that were laid out were stuck to. A personal thank you to Jackie, Janet, Katie, Lorna and Helen who assisted me multiple times and answered my queries, sent me the information, kept me posted and made sure all my concerns were answered. Couldn't recommend them enough.
