Gave me incorrect information re a private prosecution and wouldnt confirm their verbal agreement in writing. I am unsure whether this was just incompetence or an unscrupulous lure to gain fees.

I was 5 months pregnant and homeless with my toddler, and I was treated very poorly by Barnet Council. I had to chase them every single day just to find out where I would be staying, as they were only booking one-night hotel stays. It was exhausting and incredibly stressful having to move around constantly with my child and all our belongings.
Eventually, I was told they didn’t know where I would go next, and I was left street homeless with my toddler. I felt completely helpless. I was so desperate that I was planning to stay overnight in a hospital waiting area just so we would have somewhere safe and warm.
Then I reached out to an amazing solicitor for urgent help. Demi listened to my story with compassion and took immediate action by contacting Barnet Council on my behalf. Because of her quick and professional intervention, the council provided me with a temporary flat instead of making us move from hotel to hotel every night.
I cannot thank Demi enough for stepping in when I had lost hope. She truly changed our situation in such a short time. May God bless her always for everything she has done for me and my children.

I would advise everyone to stay away from Watson Woodhouse. The company is not well experienced in their field. My family member was up for court and The wouldn’t give him the right representation that he deserves. The wouldn’t even send him his sheet or any of his documents to get a second opinion. All they keep doing is asking for money and giving people hope in time of need And taking it away and their money they should be left well alone and totally avoided. You’re better off representing yourself even if you know nothing about the law because they definitely don’t.

Great staff but parking close by to offices can be a issue

We recently used Watson Woodhouse Conveyancing for both buying and selling. Alisha Stevenson provided exceptional service and was always very responsive and professional. This is the second time using Watson Woodhouse for conveyancing we have been very happy with the service we received.
