Warner Goodman were fantastic. Things got a little rocky with our house purchase and Sarah was there every step of the way. She called and chased when she said she would, she was reassuring and gave me advice and she was a pleasure to deal with. The supporting staff were great too. I cannot recommend Sarah at Warner Goodman enough. We have used Warner Goodman twice now for conveyancing, and I would definitely instruct again. Sarah demystified the process for us, kept things moving in an efficient way, and always had time to take a phone call and chat through the options. It was so reassuring to feel like we had Sarah "in our corner", and to understand where things were getting stuck in our chain. Communication was excellent, as was the whole service.
