We recently used Walker Solicitors for the purchase of a new house, alongside the added complexity of a part exchange involving another property. Rebecca handled our case and went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help us complete successfully.

The property we were part exchanging was a city centre leasehold flat with a number of complications. This required an additional solicitor to be involved, who unfortunately proved more of a blocker than a help.
