Spoke to Julie today about a letter addressed to my mum, and I’ve never experienced such rude and dismissive behaviour. She hung up on me multiple times mid-conversation, refused to listen, and made no effort to help or even explain why she couldn’t speak to me properly. When I tried to call back, she forwarded my calls to voicemail.

Generic, condescending solicitors - completely unprofessional and not worth your time or money.
