Well there are some super reviews and it seems Natalie is super good. We however used another guy for the purchase of our daughter's first home, at the start they stressed the importance of having a retainer (apartment) to cover some previous bills that maybe left from the previous owner which is normal practice.

They missed this and we are now recieving bills and we have contacted them numerous times.. when we finally got an answer it felt like we really didn't matter, in there own words "you will have taken the seller to court".

Now tell me if I am wrong, isn't that why we use solicitors??

Ps, they also forgot a portion of there bill and sent it us after the event, we paid it as soon as we got it no questions asked, makes you wonder doesn't it

Claire and Lisa were excellent. Purchase went through like a dream, sale was quite Tricky due to buyers solicitors not accepting indemnity. Lisa tried many things to push it through and eventually it did. Only issues I had were that comms could be better, my first solicitor left the company and I wasn't informed. However for the cost I can't recommend them enough

When put in very difficult situations, Nathalie was there to help navigate and explain the process. She always did what was right, and her attention to detail was second to none.

Having Nathalie by our side, with her down to earth nature and positive work ethic put us all at ease, and we never doubted her capability. She was always on the other end of the phone or email if we ever needed her.
