Well there are some super reviews and it seems Natalie is super good. We however used another guy for the purchase of our daughter's first home, at the start they stressed the importance of having a retainer (apartment) to cover some previous bills that maybe left from the previous owner which is normal practice.
They missed this and we are now recieving bills and we have contacted them numerous times.. when we finally got an answer it felt like we really didn't matter, in there own words "you will have taken the seller to court".
Now tell me if I am wrong, isn't that why we use solicitors??
Terrible experience
Ps, they also forgot a portion of there bill and sent it us after the event, we paid it as soon as we got it no questions asked, makes you wonder doesn't it

The worst solicitors there is. If you’re looking for a slow solicitor, RAVINDER is the solicitor for you. Never answers calls, slow to respond to email. AVOID AT ALL COSTS for conveyancing services. Never actually responds to your question and just sends a robotic response. POOR SERVICE

Incredibly disappointed by the service provided by this firm, incredibly! Although they weren’t acting for me, I lost our onward purchase due to the timescales and delays from them. They lied several times to my solicitor and the agent on the progress of the case. Complete lack of care and empathy, giving Conveyancing a bad reputation

Terrible decision to use conveyance solicitor Rupindra Kaur. Extremely poor service, rude and unprofessional. Likes to charge but isn’t proactive about getting results for their clients. One star is too much. Wouldn’t recommend to use

I would not even give 1 star if it was an option. Biggest scam firm I have ever seen. My husband got into an accident few years ago, went through the paperwork and faff of explaining his story several times to have it all ended with Thorneycroft letting him know he has been dishonest about a previous accident (which was genuinely forgotten about because it was such a long time ago) and leaving him 2 lose-lose options which meant he had to fork out their fees despite them telling him its a no win no fee process. Informed them several times that no GP appointment was sought but they still charged for medical reports and then refused to take it off the costs. Contacted them last year to drop the case, to them replying "you'll still have to pay fees of X amoung. please let us know how to proceed". He didn't reply but they continued with the case despite saying to drop it. I personally feel they have taken advantage of someone who has a severe form of dyslexia and lumbered him into paperwork / jargon words that he was unfamiliar with and failed to mention all the small print because at the end of the day they get a cut of the compensation earnt. If your client is telling you to drop the case, and they don't reply, why would you continue with the case? You would email them again and ask how would they like to proceed? This has taken so long that years have passed my husband has genuinely forgotten what even happened in the 1st place. Despite making every efgort to call Natasha because that is my husbands preferred method of contact, emails and documents were sent luring him in to complete as they made it sound so easy. It has put him under severe stress triggering his epilepsy again but then again, what do they care. We ended up paying the fees as the stress and mention of "debt recovery" and "CCJ" was used against us and my husbands seizure were worsening. He offered to pay over the next 3 years but Natasha said this was not possible.... whether it be 1 year or 3 years, what does it matter when you get your scamming fees? Youve already scammed your client so what? Should place firms like these on the scam watch list, taking advantage of people in this current economy is just disgusting.
