I recently completed on the purchase of my first home with Harley Sommer from Taylor Rose and I couldn't recommend him enough. The service was exceptional, every email was responded to within an hour and no phone call went unanswered. Harley handled everything in the background promptly and professionally whilst helping me along every step of the way. He was informative, professional and patient, everything went through on time with zero stress. As a first time buyer this was especially important to me and Harley made sure we encountered zero problems or delays.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Both my sale and purchase were done through Taylor Rose and I have had nothing but issues throughout the entire process of both. They have made moving 100% more stressful with their lack of communication on all sides, especially with me, and no urgency to deal with issues or chase up the other solicitors. For my sale, Gail failed to complete the necessary paperwork for exchange and therefore completed and exchanged on the same day, this was fully out of my control. For the purchase, I can't fully blame them for the all of the issues with my purchase but they definitely haven't helped at all and have hindered the process. I have even chased the other sides solicitors on more than one occasion because Alex refused to or just didn't reply to my instruction. They have left the purchase go up to 5 days between exchange and completion and then have charged me an additional fee because of their lack of communication and urgency even after I instructed her and the other solicitors 2 months prior to not do this as I knew about the additional fee. I have now put in a formal complaint and demanded to be passed to a senior partner at the firm. After 8 months of waiting for the purchase and having to extend my mortgage offer by a month which they have left the completion date on the absolute final day of my extension, I am unbelievably dissatisfied with their service. I would not reccomend.

This was our first time buying a property. We started the transaction process in November 2025, and we have finally completed it!
I highly recommend using the services of Taylor Rose. They are very reliable, efficient, and responsible. Whenever I encountered any problems, they responded promptly and helped me resolve every issue. They were also polite and professional throughout the process.
If I have another opportunity to purchase a property in the future, I will definitely use Taylor Rose again. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Salim Chaudhry as my immigration solicitor regarding my children’s registration as British citizens. Applying for more than one child at the same time would have been very stressful, as it meant double everything, but Salim’s professional help and guidance made all the difference. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and patiently answered any questions that I had. Needless to say that my children’s British registration application received a positive decision.
