My experience with Taylor Rose was Excellent! My solicitor was NQ Solicitor Jonathan Atputharatnam and he was Excellent! Jonathan answered every question I had with clarity, he was very patient with me and my case, he was incredibly helpful, personable, knowledgeable, proactive and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Taylor Rose as a Law Firm and I would use Taylor Rose again, in the future.

Very pleased indeed with the service from Malina in sorting out new Wills for both me and my partner. It was very useful to understand why the legal wording in the Wills were written in the way they were (minimal punctuation), and having thorough explanations as to what each part meant. I cannot recommend Malina enough! I previously had a really awful unprofessional experience with another solicitor and was then recommended Malina by my old neighbour. As soon as I went to the office it was so professional, understanding and exactly what I needed.
I had my Will and two lasting power of attorney’s written up and from start to finish my experience was outstanding.
Everything I needed was listened to, taken into account and managed accordingly. I am so happy I found Taylor-Rose and I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

we had worked with Malina Gupta at Taylor Rose when my father was alive for Power of attorney documentation . My dad liked Malina and was impressed and he is hard to impress . When he sadly died suddenly the will was with them and Malina was our contact . Malina made such a difference she understood that as a daughter i was trying to fulfill his wishes . when i was upset and overwhelmed Malina remained a steady hand , always patient and kind whilst being professional. It took a long time over 3 years to get probate but during this time i always knew the next step and Malina always answered my questions kindly . We had some terrible times as a family with heartache during this time but felt cared for always. Malina remained a professional light during this process and as a family we will always be grateful . A thank you doesn’t seem enough but we will always be grateful and heartily recommend them as a company .

Remortgaged using them.
Awful communication at every step from Jodie. A simple process became far more stressful than needed to be because of their consistent dodging of questions.
I have had to ask multiple times for simple (for them to answer) responses.
When I have phoned they have tried their best to end the call as soon as possible.
When filling out a form, it took three wrong attempts before them telling me what to do, wasting my time going back and forwards to the post office. Once the advice came through (no one except them could have got it right) it was processed.
I was sold 'mandatory' insurance, not explained what it involves. When I asked multiple times if it was a flat fee, only on completion did it include a setup fee and VAT on top, doubling the quoted price, which I will stress again, I asked multiple times without response.
I ended up asking these questions to my mortgage advisor instead eventually as it wasn't worth the bother getting in touch.
In summary, if you are forced to use Taylor Rose, put out early and find another company to use. Don't waste your time like I have.
