Currently having an awful experience with Taylor Rose. My case was opened on April 15th after having my offer accepted on a flat. Now over 2 months and i am yet to hear anything from them!!! I have called several times asking to speak to my conveyancer, i have messaged on the portal, i have emailed several times to whom i thought was my conveyancer as suggested by the portal, only to receive a response 2 weeks ago saying that they in fact were not working my case. I have had zero contact and am at my wits end!!! Im hoping a bad review will finally get me noticed. Quite frankly the service is disgusting and i certainly would not recommend them.

Rachel handled my lease renewal and made what is usually a very stressful and financially draining process feel smooth and manageable. She was consistently responsive, always happy to answer questions, and kept everything moving efficiently from start to finish. The whole process only took a few months, which was far quicker than expected.

Thanks to her support, I was also able to move forward with selling my flat, as the lease extension had been a key blocker for potential buyers. Her work indirectly made a major difference in helping that sale become possible.

Overall, I’m really grateful for her professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication throughout. Thank you, Rachel, for everything.

Jade Brown has been outstanding taking over the death of my disabled brother with short notice. Jade sorted out a barrister and all the Inquest material seamlessly and with professionalism. Nothing was too much for her and she was very supportive. Post Inquest she managed the damages process without causing us distress. Ask for Rachel. She worked on my lease extension and the service and communication was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and most importantly in simple terms. I had the impression going through a lease extension was going to be complicated and cumbersome but it turned out to be more straight forward and that's because of Taylor Rose and Rachel.
