The transaction was extremely complex including transfer of an insurance claim benefit. THB are one of the best conveyancing solicitors around.
I can say that as we have encountered the worst of solicitors practice both in the forward chain and the backwards chain.
Sadly we have witnessed rudeness, incompetence, stonewalling and non-communication.
THB are none of these. An approachable friendly efficient and cost-effective option. Both our buyers and our sellers are regretting not having chosen a practice equivalent to THB.
They were recommended by our estate agents and I can see why.
Moving house is stressful enough as it is without needless obfuscation by people who really should know better.
