Carly Dartnell of THB solicitors agreed to take on my probate case and then did NOTHING. She does not reply to emails. I passed the office one day and saw her in there, so I rang the buzzer and she RAN and HID in the back. The front office staff were very awkward and UNHELPFUL. It has been ONE ENTIRE year since I told her I no longer want her to waste my time and I still have not had my documents returned to me. There is no mention of how this will be done in the retainer letter. On linked in, Carly lists her hobbies as endless holiday planning, maybe she should concerntrate on doing her JOB. I doubt she is qualified and even copying head office got NO response. A complete WASTE of TIME.

Useless, you would do far better representing yourself. If you have the misfortune of having Liam Kerr represent you in custody, just ask him to leave, he is completely incompetent.

THB provided me with excellent service.
They guided me through the process of being an Executor of my
brother in law's Estate with patience kindness and compassion.
