I called this firm seeking advice and guidance, only to be met with an extremely condescending and insensitive attitude from the person who answered the phone. It is unacceptable for anyone seeking legal assistance especially on sensitive matters to be spoken to in such a dismissive manner. This experience was not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting during an already difficult time.

I have had a recent experience with solicitor Liam Kerr who I can not praise enough for his professionalism and quality of service. Liam showed a great understanding of UK legislation and it was clear he also had a great understanding of processes in and out of court proceedings.
