I'd leave 1* if I could. Contacted them via their online form on the medical negligence page, providing full details. The next day a staff member rang me and I spent over an hour on the phone going through everything again. Then the next day they just send a very generic email 'further to your recent medical negligence enquiry we are unable to assist you with this matter. No reason why provided, so I reply asking for their reason, to which they will not provide one. Just said they don't provide a reason in writing, but they don't provide a reason at all as they could ring and provide a reason if they don't want to be held to account of writing it down.
I had enquired on a no win no fee basis, so perhaps the cynical side of me, but they clearly don't have confidence in their abilities as if they didn't win the case they'd not get paid. Seems they want the easy wins!
I do actually have insurance to cover legal aid for medical needs from my business insurance it turns out, but i'll save that for a firm that actually cares about potential clients and has some actual customer service.

After six long years in the family court system, my case finally came to an end at my final hearing. Those six years were some of the most emotionally draining and challenging years of my life. Anyone who has been through family court will understand how overwhelming, stressful, and isolating that journey can feel.

She helped bring closure to a chapter of my life that had taken so much from me, and I will always be grateful for the role she played in helping me finally move forward.

I only wish I had found her sooner in my journey. Anyone going through family court would be incredibly fortunate to have a solicitor like her by their side.
