We’ve had to submit a formal complaint (which we’ll be raising to the legal ombudsman) due to their unprofessionalism, incompetency and distress caused. If your sellers are using these solicitors, I’d back out of the sale as to avoid dealing with them entirely.

Extremely poor, no communication, error after error, poor people skills. I strongly advise people to steer clear of Switalski Solicitors. Our house was delayed several times due to incompetence and nothing else

We used Switalskis for both the purchase and sale in our recent move. All of whom I dealt with were excellent with Richard and Maria deserving a particular mention. I have moved house a couple of times in recent years and they were head and shoulders better then previous experience. Always available on the phone and usually contacting me before I thought to get in contact myself. Truly impressed and would recommend

We had a fantastic experience with Leasa from Switalskis, she was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We were first time buyers and as such had only a rough understanding of how the process worked, she was happy to help guide us through and explain everything clearly and in plain English. Our calls / emails were always returned promptly and at times she was even chasing us to keep things running smoothly, we’ve heard nightmare stories about the problems others have experienced when buying a house and things dragging on for months, but we didn’t have a single problem and everything was sorted in 7 weeks!! Given our experience we’d be happy to recommend Switalskis to anyone.

We hadn't bought a house for 38 years so we had no idea how the process worked, luckily we had Leasa Foster dealing with our purchase. She was exceptionally efficient, speedy and most importantly reassuring. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any of our questions and she kept us up to date the whole way through.
