We’ve had to submit a formal complaint (which we’ll be raising to the legal ombudsman) due to their unprofessionalism, incompetency and distress caused. If your sellers are using these solicitors, I’d back out of the sale as to avoid dealing with them entirely.

I really appreciated how honest and supportive she was throughout the conversation, especially given how stressful these situations can be. Extremely poor, no communication, error after error, poor people skills. I strongly advise people to steer clear of Switalski Solicitors. Our house was delayed several times due to incompetence and nothing else

We had a fantastic experience with Leasa from Switalskis, she was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We were first time buyers and as such had only a rough understanding of how the process worked, she was happy to help guide us through and explain everything clearly and in plain English. Our calls / emails were always returned promptly and at times she was even chasing us to keep things running smoothly, we’ve heard nightmare stories about the problems others have experienced when buying a house and things dragging on for months, but we didn’t have a single problem and everything was sorted in 7 weeks!! Given our experience we’d be happy to recommend Switalskis to anyone.
