If I could give a 0 star I would phoned up last week said I can have a Wednesday appointment between 10/11am sounded promising 1pm comes no call so I ring them did she not ring you no? Okay she'll ring you later 4pm comes no phone call so I ring them oh she tried ringing and there was no answer nobody tried ringing me then they say oh she went to court so she didn't have time to ring you okay so why lie to me? " can't you just go to court" no? If your having child problems DO NOT go to these you will waste your time
