Cannot fault Butcher and Barlow one bit. Amy and Kimberly were so patient and extremely efficient, we didn't have to chase anything they did at all and they managed to get our house processed so smoothly, and for a good price too. Highly recommend.

Kimberley and Amy both worked hard when I sold my house, they kept me up to date with the processes of conveyancing, and the lady in reception was brilliant when I had problems uploading information onto the appropriate website. Well worth using them!

Excellent Experience - would highly recommend
We really can’t recommend Tim Bailey at Butcher and Barlow enough. Tim has worked with us to pull our wills together. His advice on how to set up our memorandum of wishes, and how the wills needed to be worded to protect our inheritance for our children was invaluable. Tim was sensitive to our specific needs and really did add value to what we wanted to achieve.

Butcher and Barlow dealt with my daughters house purchase in a speedy and efficient manner, so I decided to use them for my recent house purchase, and have not been disappointed.
They were completely transparent with regard to charges, and efficiently dealt with all our questions and requests. In these unprecedented times we were always able to keep in contact, which was reassuring.
I would use this company of Solicitors again.
